Hey, everyone!
Here’s a quick update on some of the cool things we’ve been working on over the past month or so. As always, feel free to give us a shout if you’d like to discuss any of them!
The best way to kick off a discussion about any of these topics is through our new Greymass Forums! We hope to see you there!
EOSIO Ecosystem
B1’s New Proposed Resource Management System
A while back, Block.one proposed a new system for EOSIO resource management. You can read the original proposal here.
Aaron from our team put together a comprehensive overview of the proposed system and how it would affect the blockchain. You can read Greymass’s thoughts on the new system here.
If you’d like to dive into this issue further, please feel free to hop into the discussion in the forums. Node.one also put together a helpful resource that catalogues various parties’ takes on the proposal.
WAX
We continue to serve as a validator on a number of EOSIO networks, including WAX. The WAX governance system relies on the Office of the Inspector General, which puts together monthly updates and reports on each guild (aka BP). You can check out the latest rankings, notes, and monthly updates on Greymass and other guilds here.
Anchor
Anchor Desktop
We continue to steadily update Anchor. You can find the latest release and update at this link.
Aaron also put together a helpful guide for setting up a cold wallet using two computers with Anchor. This is quite useful if you’re looking to take your security to the next level.
Finally, don’t forget to check our our running list of dApps and other applications that have integrated Anchor!
Anchor Mobile
We’re working on account creation within Anchor Mobile, and we’ve just released a beta version. We think we’ll be able to create the easiest EOSIO onboarding system to date. If you’d like, you can test it out below!
We’re also happy to share that the Anchor Android mobile app is under active development! We’ll be sharing more information soon, but we’re excited to open up Anchor mobile to a whole new segment of users! Stay tuned for more updates!
As always, you can find us on Twitter, Telegram, Greymass Forums, and at our official website.
